I'm a writer from Bangladesh. Whenever I get some time I fly to Saudi Arabia and rush to Makkah to perform Umrah. I go to Makkah frequently, because no matter where I am, my heart always wants to be in Mataf. In 2024 alone, I visited Makkah three times. This time, I stayed at the Hidayah Towers Hotel for a month, and it was a wonderful experience. I performed Umrah most days, engaged in Nafl Tawaf nearly every day, meditated in my room, and enjoyed evening walks in Aziziyah. Since I stayed for an extended period, I gathered some useful insights to share. So here's the review First of all let's talk about my experience of going to Masjid Al-Haram from the hotel and back. There are countless options to stay in Makkah. Zero distance hotels are the best option but you know they are expensive. Ibrahim Khalil road is the most popular but I don't like these hotels because of too much crowd and noise. I like good views, silence, and a clean environment which is not available there. These hotels are close to Haram but guess what you need to walk a lot to reach the clock tower then Masjid Al-Haram. Hidayah Towers hotel’s buses will drop you in the backyard of the clock towers. So in a way less walking distance than the Ibrahim Khalil road hotels. But keep in mind that it's a 10 minute free bus ride. Still I prefer the Hidayah Towers Hotel. There are hotels like Four Points by Sheraton and Millennium. All of them will take you to the backyard of the Clock Tower but Hidayah Towers Hotel is the best among them because it's way more affordable than those hotels. I also loved it because it's a high rise tower and I need a good view wherever I go. If you can tolerate a 10 minute ride to the Masjid Al-Haram I suggest you choose Hidayah Towers Hotel. It will give you less walking distance than the Ibrahim Khalil road hotels. Enough about the distance. Now let's talk about the other things.

Property is good clean but staff who work on reception Miss Elaf who treat us very well but other staff on reception was not good their behaviour with guest was not so good, other staff like house keeping are good specially the boy Ahmad Sujan was very nice and caring. I don’t recommend this hotel to people who travel to Mecca city for Umrah because their shuttle service is very bad and this service is not good because bus timing is very bad and have too much gap in between which is not suitable for guest,

Although it wasn't my first time at Al hidaya.. They are still my favorite part for accommodation. This time i had noticed that all hotel had been renovated and they opened new sections like cafe, souvenirs shop, shopping stores... Very good step for the benefit of all guests. Also staff were super friendly and helpful. I still recommend this nice hotel... Buses are available on time to AlHaram in very suitable timing for prayers. Special thanks to Mr. Hussein and Mss. Razan.

Very nice hotel. The location is perfect. The shuttle bus service to and fro from Haram is excellent. They have multiple buses. You can park your car infront of the hotel. There are plenty of this available. Pakistani restaurants infront of the hotel is very nice. The price is also very good. The hotel is far from Haram but their shuttle service will make it easier to reach haram.

Khaja

They have Helpful and very nice staff (reception and room service), I stayed at the 11th floor and all the room service personnel (Ahmed, Mohamed , Kareem and everyone) were very nice and on time every time I asked for anything anytime.
